Diverse Zumba Classes for Adults in Five Locations
Odenplan: 1 Zumba Fitness Class on Saturday at Studio Salsa
Tullinge-Riksten: 2 Zumba Fitness Classes (Tuesday and Thursday)and 1 Zumba Gold Class (Wednesday)
Älvsjö: 1 Zumba Fitness Class on Sunday
Fun Zumbini Classes
Odenplan: Saturday Morning Classes in both English and Spanish
Älvsjö: Sunday Morning Classes in English only
This happy hour is for the whole family, where parents and their small children learn through music and dance.
Active Zumba Kids Classes
We explore different dance styles from around the world in Tullinge and Älvsjö.
Tullinge: Classes both in Tuesday and Wednesdays for children between 4 and 11 years old.
Älvsjö: Classes on Sunday for children between 4 and 11 years old.
Zumba Events, Parties and Social Gatherings
This semester, we are excited to launch a new concept where we will explore two different and delicious cuisines while refreshing our social skills.
Join us to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research, support refugees in Venezuela, or simply to have fun during Halloween. Enjoy the energy and passion of talented Zumba guest instructors from Sweden and around the world.

Circuit Training
In addition to my regular Zumba classes, I’m thrilled to announce a new class entirely in Spanish in Älvsjö: Entrenamiento en Circuito, where we will work on cardio, resistance, and balance through various exercises.
Childrens Birthday party Entertaiment
We are also strengthening our children's birthday party services with new team members, spreading joy, fun, and movement in different locations around Stockholm.
