One of my favorite activities is organizing special dance workshops for my Zumba participants, and this Merengue dance workshop was truly a memorable experience.
On May, we experienced the rhythm of Merengue like never before! Led by the skilled dance instructors, @el_showaquino and Alejandro-El Sueco, our Merengue workshop offered a lively and easy-to-follow dance experience for everyone, no matter their age or dance experience.
We delved into three unique Merengue styles, perfecting a choreography that beautifully wove them all together. Firstly, we explored Merengue Romantico
After dancing in close proximity, we dived into Merengue típico.
Later, we discovered Merengue Urbabo
Each step was an opportunity to unleash our creativity and discover new movements. Here is a sneak peek of how we mixed the three different styles of Merengue learned during the workshop.
